Beautiful Russia, wonderful people, vodka, terrorists, explosions and gunfire. What more could you want in a vacation, right? John McClane is at it again, dropping into the middle of an all out terrorist war while trying to spend some bonding time with his… son?

I have followed the Die Hard series since I was old enough to figure out the code on my parents cable box (hint: never use your birthday as a pin…). I followed good ole John from LA to DC to NYC, then back to DC and now to Russia. Each time he seemed to be pushing the envelope even more and close calls became even closer.
As I said above, John McClane (Bruce Willis) goes to Russia to get his son, Jack McClane (Jai Courtney, Spartacus) out of prison. What ensues encapsulates Die Hard to its fullest extent and will not leave you disappointed. The intense story and special effects manage to maintain what is expected from the series without seeming like a typical sequel.
Who this is for? The R rating is here to stay- blood, explosions and cursing are prevalent, but not as bad as its predecessors.
Who this is not for? Kids under 17 probably should not be allowed to watch this, use your discretion
My recommendation? Worth seeing in the theater and if you have the chance, check it out on the IMAX screen- nothing like seeing huge explosions and great special effects with that much power behind the sound and screen.
Enjoy!

My name is Sarah, I have been very happily married for 8 years now. I am the mother of 2 adorable boys; Tater (Caden) who is 8 and Moose (Conlan) who is 6. We are living in beautiful Colorado, homeschooling our kids and loving every minute of it!

This looks good, I like Bruce Willis. I also like action movies, my mom said the first one was her favorite Christmas movie!
