Some people think that holiday baking is a ton of fun and they love doing it, other people think it is a chore and they only do it out of obligation. I guess I am both, depending on the day of the week, sometimes I can’t wait to make some goodies and other days I would rather just sit on the couch eating other people’s goodies!
Safeway has something for everyone this season! They have any ingredient that you could dream of needing for any recipe and if baking from scratch isn’t really your thing you could easily buy a baking mix instead! I love all of the different mixes that are available because for the most part they are simple to make; you just add a couple of simple common ingredients (water, eggs, butter, etc.), stir it up, bake it and you are done!

I love baking for the Holidays and love receiving baked goods. I generally prefer cooking to baking and when having guest will generally make all the other food from scratch and use a brownie mix for dessert but the holidays are an exception when I actually enjoy making from scratch.
