DreamWorks Animations “Rise of the Guardians” is an animated adventure involving the Guardians of the Earth rising up against a terrible enemy- Pitch Black aka. The Boogie Man (voiced by Jude Law). Enter Santa Clause (Alec Baldwin), Tooth Fairy (Isla Fisher), Bunny (Hugh Jackman), Sandman and the new guy- Jack Frost (Chris Pine).
Filled with some of the coolest 3D effects I have ever seen in a movie, this one is definitely a show worth checking out. Adults and kids alike will love to see the visuals in this movie and the storyline is original and thoroughly entertaining. Seriously- kids and adults throughout the theater were reaching for the snowflakes which seemed to be falling on our glasses- so cool!!!
Moose, Tater and Boo all were entranced and had their favorite parts, mine were the involvement of the elves in the workshop and the Yeti(who knew they actually built the toys?)
Who this is for? Certainly for anyone looking for that movie to help kick start your holiday cheer and to take you back to the days when anything was possible.
Who this is not for? I can’t think of anyone… unless of course you don’t believe?
My Recommendation- see it in the theater, and definitely see it in Real 3D- you will not regret it!
