Last year in July our house was robbed and several really important things were taken; including my husbands wedding ring (which he left home so that he wouldn’t lose it) and my necklace. The thing about this necklace was that it was beyond valuable to me, it was a gift from the parents of my surrogate twins when they were born. It represented our journey and the twins, and it meant the world to me.
I have been thinking a lot about how I might go about finding this necklace after a year of it being gone. We originally checked with pawn shops in our area and looked on Craigslist daily to make sure we wouldn’t miss it. We never came across it and I have been thinking about it so much lately, it really hurts my heart to have lost this priceless gift.
I was thinking about it, and I decided that I might as well post about it and maybe, just maybe I will get lucky enough to find the person who bought it so that I can buy it back from them.
I only have one picture that I can find, and it is little but I enlarged it and I am going to share it just in case. The necklace is white gold with two circles of diamonds, the outer circle is about a 1/2” in diameter and the inner one is a bit smaller. If you think you may have bought it, or you know someone who bought a similar (probably in the summer of 2011) please contact me.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this post and for trying to help me get my necklace back! I honestly cannot even put into words how much it would mean to me to get this necklace back.
