I go on the website and sign up. It’s so easy- certainly it cannot be that simple… right?

Put in my name and some basic info, and that is it. Huh… I guess I will see how it works…

Less than one week later- the box arrives. I get that little excited feeling in the pit of my stomach- something unknown, something new! Sweet! I open the box sent to me by Unscruff.com and am immediately satisfied… how cool is this?

I never was very good at reading instructions- but I thought maybe there might be some important items in there. as I start going through it: Invoice- okay… Return Authorization form and prepaid FedEx label- not necessary for me, but I could see how that might be useful… hmm, what is this? A style guide? Okay- my interest is piqued, but there is something else so my A.D.D kicks in at the shiny new toy, in the form of a flow chart and I pay a little more attention to this. Start- “Did you read your style guide”- No… “Do you like reading?”- No… “Call us, We’ll read it to you in a sexy voice” Rolling on the floor laughing.. seriously. I go through and read all of the answers to the myriad of questions on this paper and continue to laugh… awesome sense of humor!

Then I remember- Style guide- right…

OK- Detailed descriptions of the items in my box, why they work and how to rock it? How cool is this! I am impressed- They really thought of everything.
